REGISTRATION - PLEASE CAREFULLY READ BELOW AND REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR
PURCHASE RECEIPT AND BOX FOR YOUR WAVESPIN® REEL
WaveSpin® Reel DH models come with a Two Year
Warranty that covers everything but loss. WaveSpin® Reel ZTR models
come with a One Year Warranty that covers everything but loss
Repair or Replacement of products returned for warranty, is at the
sole discretion of the company.
All Warranties commence from the date
Warranty requires a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt), plus
either a completed copy of the MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization)
form found on our website or a letter detailing the reason for the
claim as well as name, phone number and address of purchaser or owner.
There is no charge for WaveSpin® Warranty Service but sending the
product in for warranty will be done at the owner's expense.
This warranty may not apply to WaveSpin products
purchased for commercial use.

Proof of Purchase will be required when returning
any defective or problem product for warranty. Make sure you keep
your proof of purchase and the original box your WaveSpin™ reel
If you need to return a unit for warranty, please
print the Merchandise Return Authorization form below and send in
along with your reel. Shipping and contact information are on the
MRA Form (PDF)
A refund of full purchase price less a 15 percent
re stocking fee will be credited to customer upon the return of
goods in original condition. "Original Condition" is at the sole
discretion of manufacturer upon receipt of returned product. Customer
is responsible for return shipping costs.
(outside USA) CUSTOMERS
International shipments, to include Canada, incur customs and other "Government Charges" that are beyond the control of this company. The customer ordering is responsible for these charges, and they will be billed separately to that customer by the shipping service employed in the shipment of your order.
